A packaging training program was held on 30th October 2025 at the Rideemaliyadda Livelihood Development Center with the objective of improving participants’ knowledge and skills in product packaging and presentation. The program was organized under the livelihood development initiative to support small-scale entrepreneurs and producers in adding value to their products and enhancing marketability.
During the session, participants received practical and theoretical guidance on:
- Importance of proper packaging in product marketing
- Selection of suitable packaging materials for different products
- Label design, branding, and information display
- Cost-effective and eco-friendly packaging methods
- Quality standards and safety considerations in packaging
Participants expressed appreciation for the knowledge gained, noting that the training would help them improve product quality and attract more customers.
